Cancellation Policy
1. Customer Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch
- If already shipped, cancellation is not possible
- Full refund for prepaid orders cancelled before dispatch
2. Company-Initiated Cancellations
We may cancel orders due to:
- Product unavailability
- Pricing errors
- Payment fraud or suspicious activity

3. Refund Timeline
